Shipping Policy

We ship to street addresses in the United States (and other destinations when noted on a listing). Shipping is arranged manually after your payment is confirmed—we use insured carriers such as Ukrposhta, DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on value, destination, and availability.

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment clears. High-value pieces may require additional authentication or export paperwork; we will email you if timing changes.

When your parcel ships, we enter the tracking number and a tracking URL in our system. You will receive an email and can view the link in your account under Orders. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes assessed by U.S. authorities; where applicable, the buyer is responsible unless we state otherwise. Risk of loss passes when the carrier accepts the parcel, consistent with our Terms of Service.
